Our Story
Founded by Tina Shubhamoorty, Gravity Within is an evolving emotional well-being and reflective learning initiative focused on creating emotionally safe, thoughtful, and human-centered spaces for healing, self-understanding, and connection. Drawing from Tina’s multidisciplinary background in engineering, international business, social sector work, and psychological counseling, Gravity Within brings together one-to-one emotional support sessions, customized training for NGOs and corporate spaces, workshops on emotional well-being, gender, constitutional values, stress, communication, and reflective, healing-centered travel experiences. The approach integrates reflective practices, trauma-informed and person-centered perspectives, rights-based approaches when needed, and psychology-informed methods that remain humane, grounded, and accessible. The name Gravity Within represents the inner force that helps people reconnect with themselves during emotional overwhelm and transition, while also reflecting a grounded and scientific approach toward emotional well-being and human understanding.



Our Story
Gravity Within began as a reflection on how deeply people long to feel heard, emotionally safe, and connected in a fast-moving and emotionally exhausting world. Founded by Tina Shubhamoorty through years of experience across engineering, social sector work, youth engagement, psychological counseling, trainings, and reflective community spaces, Gravity Within slowly evolved into an initiative that brings together emotional wellbeing, human connection, constitutional values, reflective learning, and psychology-informed approaches in a grounded and accessible way. What started as conversations, workshops, and emotional support spaces is gradually growing into a wider ecosystem of one-to-one reflective sessions, trainings, healing-centered travel experiences, and community-oriented spaces that encourage people to pause, reflect, reconnect, and return to themselves.
